When you submit a form or use our chat, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, property details and timeline. We use it only to respond to your request and to provide real estate or mortgage services you ask about. We do not sell your personal information.

Form and chat submissions are delivered through a third-party form service and stored in our customer relationship management system. We may share your information with service providers who help us deliver services you requested (for example, a lender you choose, a title company or a showing service) and as required by law.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial information through this website's forms or chat. Mortgage applications are completed through the lender's secure portal.

Calls, texts and emails

If you check the consent box or agree in chat, you agree that we may contact you by call, text and email about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Blind and screen reader users: every page has a "Skip to content" link, labeled headings and buttons, and the chat announces new messages.
Deaf and hard of hearing: you never need to make a phone call. Text us, email us, use the chat, or pick your preferred contact method on any form. Relay service (711) calls and captioned video calls are welcome.
Documents: we can provide contracts, disclosures and listing information in large print or an accessible digital format, and walk through them in writing or by video with captions.
